Cancellation Policy
Cancellation|No Show|Rescheduling - Cancellations and rescheduling is to be done 24hrs prior to appointment. - Cancellations in under 24hrs will be charged 30% of the service. - No shows will be charged 30%. - All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. - Grace period is 15min. If you are going to be late just send me a quick text to let me know. If I don’t hear from you within the grace period you will be charged a 30% no show fee. - Lupe C.
